1. About Our Products
What materials are your products made of?-Most of our products are crafted from high-quality Resin, which allows for much finer details and a more premium feel compared to plastic. While we use some plastic components where necessary for structure, resin remains our primary material.
Do the decorations have movement?
-Yes! Almost all of our models feature moving parts (such as rotating carousels, moving trains, or skating rinks) along with festive LED lights and music to create a truly lively holiday scene.
How are the products powered?
-Our products typically come with dual power options: Batteries or USB cable. Please note that while they are compatible with DC adapters, the DC adapter is an optional accessory and is not included in the standard price.
2. Factory & Customization (OEM/ODM)
Are you a manufacturer?-Yes, we are a professional manufacturer (Quanzhou innodept12) specializing in seasonal decor for over 12 years. We operate our own production lines and develop new designs annually.
Can I customize the designs (OEM/ODM)?
-We offer flexible customization based on our existing exclusive molds. While we do not support opening new molds due to the extremely high costs, we can:
-Change product colors.
-Swap specific figures or decorative elements (e.g., replacing a tree with a different accessory).
-Customize the music (we offer a standard 8-song Christmas medley, or single-song loops for Halloween and Nativity scenes).
Do you have items in stock?
-As we specialize in seasonal products, we typically produce based on confirmed orders and do not maintain a standing inventory. We recommend placing orders in advance to secure production slots for the peak season.
3. Packaging & Safety
How are the products packaged?-Safety is our priority. Every product is packed in custom-fit Polyfoam (Styrofoam) designed specifically for that model’s shape, then placed in an individual box. This "Form-Fitting" protection ensures the delicate resin details remain intact.
Do you perform quality tests?
-Absolutely. All our products undergo a 100% function test (movement, lights, music) and must pass a Drop Test in their final packaging before leaving the factory.
Can I customize the packaging?
-Yes, we support various packaging options, including Color Boxes, Try-Me Boxes, and other retail-ready designs. Please note that customized packaging is subject to a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
4. Shipping & Logistics
Where do you ship from?-All orders are shipped directly from our facility in Quanzhou, China, primarily via Xiamen Port.

-We have extensive experience in international logistics, ensuring your seasonal goods are handled professionally and delivered ready for the holiday rush.
